White Balsamic Vinaigrette
A simple, quick and easy dressing that is versatile and is great with any salad.
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Add all the ingredients to an airtight container. Seal with the lid, and shake the dressing for about a minute. Remove the lid, whisk the dressing to ensure the honey is well combined in the dressing.
Pour the dressing on your favourite salad, toss, and enjoy!
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
