Smoked Salmon Crostini
This appetizer is always beautiful when plated, and the bonus: it's quick and easy to prepare!
- 1 Ciabatta baguette sliced
- 1 package herb & garlic cream cheese I use Boursin for this one
- 1 package smoked salmon
- 1 sprig fresh dill chopped
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Slice the ciabatta baguette into 1 inch slices and place on a baking sheet. Pop in the oven until lightly toasted and golden brown.
Spread the cream cheese on the toasted baguette slices and place a piece of smoked salmon on top. Garnish with fresh dill.
I think the Boursin is the best cream cheese to use for this appetizer, because it's nice and light, with hints of garlic and herb. But feel free to experiment with other cream cheeses!
