Salmon Stuffed Avocados
These stuffed avocados are full of nourishing and nutritious ingredients. They’re low-carb, naturally gluten-free, and full of healthy fats and nutrients to keep you going all day.
- 1 can wild sockeye salmon bones and skin removed
- 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 green onion finely sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh cut apple diced small
- 2 ripe avocados
In a small bowl, add the salmon, mayo, green onion, apple, and pepper. Break the salmon down with a fork, and mix together until combined and smooth.
Cut the avocados in half, and carefully remove the pit. Divide the salmon salad between all four avocado halves. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
