Peanut Butter Energy Protein Balls
These creamy and smooth energy balls are the perfect healthy snack. Made with easy ingredients and no-bake, they’re ready in 10 minutes and no baking necessary!
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp non-dairy milk your choice
In a medium bowl, add the oats, hemp seeds, and ground flax. Stir together.
Place the peanut butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl, and heat until the ingredients are softened about 30-40 seconds. Stir until smooth.
Pour the peanut butter mixture in with the oats. Add the coconut oil and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into balls.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
