

Lemon Basil Vinaigrette
A light, delicious vinaigrette made with fresh basil out of the garden, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. A very versatile dressing, that is delicious on salads, or use it as a marinade for grilled chicken!
Prep Time 7 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp salt
Instructions

Thoroughly wash and dry the fresh basil.

Add all the ingredients to a blender, and pulse on low until all the dressing thickens, and the dressing is smooth. Adjust seasonings as needed.

Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
This dressing will keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
