Grilled Sweet and Spicy Buffalo Chicken
Take Buffalo chicken to a new level and marinate it in garlic, lime, honey and buffalo wing sauce. Then pop it on the grill. Tender, juicy, with a bit of a kick.
- 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp lime juice about 1 small lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Mix all the ingredients for the marinate together. Grab a large ziplock bag, and place the chicken breasts in the bag, along with the marinade. Make sure the chicken is well coated, and let it marinate for up to 24 hours.
Remove the chicken breasts from the fridge about 30 minutes before you're ready to grill them. Heat the grill to medium high. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 20 minutes, juices will run clear when it's done. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
