Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Bowl

Smooth and creamy, this pumpkin spice yogurt will feel like you're eating dessert for breakfast. With lots of protein and fiber, this will definitely keep you going all morning.

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon* see note
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg* see note
  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts


  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the first 6 ingredients until well combined. Sprinkle with the cocoa nibs and chopped walnuts.

Recipe Notes

These two spices are very strong, so add them slowly to desired taste. A little goes a long way. You can also add 1/4 tsp of pumpkin pie spice instead of the cinnamon and nutmeg.

If you don't have cocoa nibs, feel free to sub in 1 tbsp of chocolate chips!
