California Breakfast Sandwich
You've got your protein and healthy fats covered with this breakfast sandwich. This sandwich is quick to prepare, and will keep you going until lunch.
- 2 english muffins
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 4 pieces bacon cooked
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 3 tbsp mayo
In a pan on medium heat, fry your bacon until crisp.
Meanwhile, prepare all of your toppings for the sandwich. Slice the egg, avocado, and tomato.
When the bacon is done cooking, pop the English muffins into the toaster. Spread the mayo onto both sides of the English muffin, then add the bacon, egg, avocado and tomato.
