Pepperoni Pizza Meatballs

These meatballs will start a party with your tastebuds! This recipe only requires 6 ingredients. Low carb, gluten-free, and easy to whip together for a party, or a good snack.

  • 1 lb grass-fed organic ground beef
  • 135 g pepperoni gluten-free if needed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 clove garlic minced


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper,

  2. Add all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Mix until all the ingredients are well-incorporated. 

  3. Roll the mixture into balls, and place them on the lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-17 minutes, until the meatballs are brown on the outside and the pepperoni is slightly crispy.

  4. Serve with pizza or marinara sauce.
