Peanut Butter Energy Protein Balls

These creamy and smooth energy balls are the perfect healthy snack. Made with easy ingredients and no-bake, they’re ready in 10 minutes and no baking necessary!

  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flax
  • 4 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp non-dairy milk your choice


  1. In a medium bowl, add the oats, hemp seeds, and ground flax. Stir together.

  2. Place the peanut butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl, and heat until the ingredients are softened about 30-40 seconds. Stir until smooth.

  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture in with the oats. Add the coconut oil and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into balls.

  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
