

Greek Yogurt Power Bowl
This is my favourite breakfast bowl. I eat it after a workout and it keeps me going all morning. Simple ingredients pack a nutritious punch.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tsp maple syrup adjust to personal preference
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup berries
- 2-3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Instructions

In a bowl, combine Greek Yogurt and chia seeds and let it rest for 10 minutes to let the chia seeds expand.

Add ground flax, maple syrup, and cinnamon to the bowl and mix all together. Sprinkle with berries and pumpkin seeds
