Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

They are usually in the regular rotation on appetizer night in my house. These buffalo cauliflower bites also make a super delicious lunch as well. Sometimes lunch gets boring, and I love making buffalo cauliflower quinoa bowls for Jordan and I for lunch. You can find that recipe filed under “Mains.”
